Usa el header editor, en nombre de ROM encontrarás un código de tres o cuatro letras cambialas escribiendo por las letras de la base que ha de ser, por ejemplo si estás intentando abrir un Rubí (U) codificado cambias el código dado por AXVE si es rubi español AXVS y así con cada uno.

Tan sencillo como averiguar en que base ha sido parcheado y usar el header editor y arreglar la ROM, que seguramente tendrá un código porque es un hack de una persona. Ojo, antes de hacer nada pide permisos anda...
