How to change Pokemon Gold Title Screen??

Hola!

I wanted to try doing a Pokemon Gold Hack (GBC) but right in the beginning I have troubles. I found tools and tutorials for everything but one thing I cannot find anywhere. So here my question:

How do I change the title screen in Pokemon Gold??

I found a way to cut out the intro but I want to replace the title screen (the sky where Ho-Oh is flying) with a static image / new title screen.

Please can anyone tell me how to do it?? Any and all help and advice would be much needed and appreciated!
